[bumps this to sunday bc i passed out last night
this has definitely been A Weekend, and following mary's death... he's just sort of around more than doing anything with much purpose to it, half-observing, half just taking a little time for himself.
company's not unwelcome at all, though; he glances up when he notices he's no longer alone in the garden, giving shess a slight nod.]
I suppose we've learned a bit more, but it's hardly been a pleasant weekend, has it. I hope you're holding up well enough?

It's hard to say. Things are always chaotic at the start. But over time, even the worst of enemies can end up working together.
So you think it's all the will of this universe?
Perhaps not as far as letting that happen... but when it comes to not allowing them to stop it? I'd think that's as good a reason as any.

Maybe. In a way, one could even see it as a necessity to maintain balance.
[I used the garden last time so! this time shirasu finds shess in the air area; it's a place he happens to like as well, and he looks fairly relaxed as he offers shess a slight wave.]

Well, first the girl in that device dropped out of the sky. Then she asked that we help her into the car, as we were about to be attacked and had to escape the area.
It looked a little like what Ookurikara was riding. We managed to avoid its attacks for the most part, but there was collateral damage when we blew it up, and Namine was occupied.
